We are looking for dynamic engineers who can strengthen QuEST Engineering Team. QuEST is conducting Walk-In interviews on 9th May 2010 for Repair/Service Engineers (Aero Engines) in Bangalore.

Job Position : Repair / Service Engineer (Aero Engines)
Job Location : Bangalore, Karnataka
Desired Qualification : A.M.E. (Mechanical Stream Only) / A.M.e.S.I / B.E. (Aeronautical) / B.Tech (Aeronautical), M.Tech (Aeronautical)
Desired Experience : 0-5 Years
Skills :
• Experience and working knowledge of current commercial or military engines in service is an added advantage
• Basic knowledge of engine systems, functions of engine modules and systems .
• In-depth technical understanding of Gas turbine fundamentals (3 spool engine concepts)
• Knowledge of various deterioration mechanisms in Aero engine is an added advantage.
• Experience in maintenance, repair/service and overhaul of gas turbine aero engines is an added advantage
Soft Skills :
• Good command of the English language required
• Customer orientated behavior
• Attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
Selection Process :
• All walk-in candidates shall undergo a written test.
• Candidates shortlisted in the written test would undergo a first round technical interview on 9th May 2010.
• Shortlisted candidates in the first round technical interview must attend a final round of interview in person on Monday, 10th May 2010.
Candidates who have applied or attended interview in last 6 months are not eligible for walk in and will not be considered.
