Desired Experience: 6 to 10 Years (Mandatory)

Primary Skills:
• SharePoint 2007, .NET, ASP.NET, C#

Secondary Skills:
• SQL Server 2005

Other Skills:
• Good Communication.
• Sound analytic skills with an eye for detail.
• Should be able to take complete ownership and exhibit leadership qualities
• Should be a team player and at the same time an individual contributor.

Job Description:
• In depth knowledge designing and developing SharePoint based solutions
• In depth working experience in customizing Sharepoint features, Doc Management, Portal solutions
• Installation and deployment of SharePoint and Sites
• guide other team members to complete their deliverables
• Single point of ownership for the deliverables assigned to his team
• Contribute to the design & must be able to work independently on the work assaigned.
• Estimate the unit work/ task assaigned and complete the assaigned task on time
• Coding standards of the project must be followed at all times.
• Meet the quality goals set for the project.
• Review technical documents & code.

Work Hours: Must be flexible and ready to work long hours.
