Summary of Profile:

Responsible for providing the highest quality of service to AHMSI borrowers with professional and timely responses to customer care related inquiries. Must exhibit professionalism at all times and posses the ablity to show empathy while dealing with delinquent accounts.

Essential Job Functions:

Handles a high volume of inbound & outbound telephone calls.

Advises borrowers of their responsibility under the loan contract and counsels them regarding the budgeting of payments.

Processes payments, collects past due balances, solicits late charge fees, and educates borrowers on AHMSI payment options and the importance of credit worthiness.

Also responsible for maintaining full compliance with FDCPA.

Responds to customer correspondence, requests, and inquiries efficiently, while maintaining accurate records and documentation.

Identifies and acts upon opportunities to offer alternative solutions where appropriate, with the objective of retaining the customer’s business (Portfolio Retention).

AHMSI India is a subsidiary of American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc. a residential loan servicer with operations in the United States, India and Philippines.

As of October 2008, we have over 800 actively engaged associates working at AHMSI in Magarpatta City , Pune.
