Banca Channel is sales Channel , wherein the employee will get the leads from the Call centre set up & they have to source some business through cold calling as well.

The candidate will be mainly responsible for -:

-Sales Call Planning – Servicing the leads as provided by Call Centre, analyzing sales opportunities.
-Identifying prospecting and classifying external customers (in case leads are not coming).
-Sales MIS data recording and reporting as per defined schedules.
-Building, maintaining customer relationships - For ongoing business & reference generation.
-Facilitating insurance selling.

Desired Profile :
Graduate/ Post Graduate having 0-3 yrs of sales experience in financial services with excellent communication, planning / business forecasting and selling Skill.
