The Catholic Syrian Bank Ltd, was born Nine decades ago, on 26th November 1920 to be exact at Thrissur,which in later years acquired the unique distinction of being a centre with the highest concentration of banks in the South. The founder directors of the bank were people of eminence known for their foresight, integrity and initiative. The policy they laid down has been consistently upheld by the successive generations who guided the destiny of the institution. The bank commenced business on January 1st, 1921 with an authorised capital of Rs.5 lakhs and a paid up capital of Rs. 45270.

Qualification : Graduates in Science and Engineering with 60% of marks OR Graduates in Arts, Commerce and others with 55% of marks.
Upper age limit : 25 years as on 30.09.2010. Candidates born on or after 30.09.1985 are only eligible. Relaxation for SC/ST candidates: 5 years
Pay Scale-I : 14500 – 600/7 – 18700 – 700/2 – 20100 – 800/7 – 25700.
Selection Procedure : Selection will be based on a written test/skill test and a personal interview
Examination Centres : The centres for examination are New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur and Kozhikode
Other Conditions :
Selected candidates may be required to work at branches/offices of the Bank anywhere in India.
