Soham has been authorized by the Bank to :

Kindly note that :
a. DCB will shortlist 15 candidates for the training program
b. They will undergo training at Soham for around 3 weeks.
c. During the training period, the candidates are not employees of DCB and therefore not eligible for any remuneration either from DCB or from Soham.
d. 15 candidates will be selected by DCB and they will be “Marketing/Sales Trainees”. Payment to these shortlisted candidates will be from DCB.
e. The “Marketing/Sales Trainees” will be on probation for seven months and will be confirmed in services as “Corporate Business Executive (CBE)”
f. The confirmation in services (post probation) is subject to the satisfactory performance of the “Sales Trainees” both on qualitative and quantitative parameters and Soham is not a party to the decision of DCB.
g. The detailed terms and conditions will be provided to the candidates selected for training at Soham. They need to sign off, having read and understood, with a commitment to abide.
