Desired Profile : Freshers with good communication can Walk-in. Should be a creative thinker & a good writer.

Minimum 6 months of experience in Powerpoint presentation.

Preferred experience in Writing proposals / RFPs / Content writing.

Must be very good at microsoft word and powerpoint (not basic, but an advanced user)

Reporting & Analysis

Strong in communicating with customer to understand the business needs.

Very good written & spoken english is required.

Job Description

Job Description : Fresher with good communication can Walkin. Should be a creative thinker & a good writer.

Note : Candidates should be willing to work from 5:30PM-2:30PM . No transportation provided from Company.

. Analyze RFX document (including RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs), assess if the requirements fit Client’s capabilities, and then assign sections of the proposal out to the appropriate authors within multiple functional organizations .

. Preparing response to RFP/RFI and standard proposals for opportunities in Engineering/ Staffing services

. Write high-quality proposal content and respond to the questions posed in the RFX.

· Responding to technical/non technical/legal compliance sections in the RFP

· Preparing bid templates, presentations, bid reports, proposal management documents etc

· Preparing and maintaining database of sample RFP specifications.

· Performing detailed technical/business analysis, spell check, grammatical error checks and formatting of proposal

. Strong in communicating with customer to understand the business needs.

. Strong in mapping the business needs to system requirements and tracking them through implementation and verifying post implementation

. Coordinate responses back from multiple authors, and integrate these into a complete document.

. Managing schedules associated with developing the proposal

. Designing, managing, and improving processes related to proposal development
