- Leads the team members and controls the implementation and execution of specific parts of a project / service delivery.
- Works under general direction within a clear framework of accountability.
- Substantial personal responsibility and autonomy.
- Plans own work, to meet given objectives and processes.
- Influences team, and specialist peers internally.
- Influences customers at account level.
- Demonstrates analytical and systematic approach to problem solving.
Desired Profile:
- Good understanding in Java, J2EE
- Good command over the Quality processes & Estimation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Development/Maintenance projects desirable.
- Experience in working onsite-offshore model projects.
- Has the ability to make appropriate technical decisions, initiating action to resolve operational problems.
Experience: 6 – 10 Years in Java, J2EE Technologies
