Job Description :
• IT infrastructure Services offers the challenges of a highly technical environment coupled with phenomenal growth opportunities!!! You are responsible for managing and controlling client IT operations and ensuring performance. you resolve significant business problems for the customer through process-driven highly specialized skills. For example, if a server goes down, the client’s IT world stops- including all their applications. You are responsible for making sure that doesn’t happen!
Key Responsibilities :
• Remote monitoring and managing client IT infrastructure like servers, operating systems, databases, networking etc.
• Supporting the clients on troubleshooting issues relating to software, hardware & networking.
• Understanding problems and providing remote technical resolution – through telephone, mails and other tools/processes.
• Escalating issues to specialized support groups for highly technical issues.
