Desired skills :
• Ability to Identify IP Address schema, Subnets, Subnet Mask and perform basic IP Address management.
• Should have knowledge on various network elements, ports, devices, Links and Technologies.
• Should be able to understand Theoretical concepts in Network fundamentals like SNMP, TCP/IP, etc.
• Clear understanding of the Ticketing Tools like Remedy, Magic etc, and should be able to create new tickets, modify/update tickets, Assign tickets to various queues.
• Clear understanding of Monitoring & Management tools like Solarwinds, WhatsUp Gold, Cisco Works etc.
• Ability to handle Cisco Sys Log Reading, Reporting, SL Aadherence etc.
