Terms & Conditions :
• The Management Training program will be for six months.
• During this period, the consolidated stipend will be Rs.9000/- per month
• They will be covered under PF, ESI, other statutory and non-statutory benefits of the Company.
• During the first month they will be given induction training and special training to appear for industry certifications, the cost of which will be borne by the Company.
• On acquiring the certifications, they will be posted for On-the-job training. The Stipend on posting will range from Rs.9000 to Rs.13000 depending on the place of posting.
• Cost towards use of mobile phone and conveyance will be reimbursed by the Company.
• Confirmation in service thereafter will be based on the performance on-the-job as per the criteria fixed by the Company.
• On confirmation in service, they will be paid an additional increment.

Selection Process :
• Pre-Placement Talk – 20 Mins
• Written Test – 20 Mins
• Personal Interview

All the candidates should bring the following to test venue :
• Writing Pad,
• Two copies of RESUME,
• Two sets of photocopies of your mark lists,
• Three copies of passport size photographs,
• Rs. 100/- to be paid to SHREDS towards examination fees,
• Gum,
• College ID/Any other Photo ID.
