We are looking for Recruiters with Excellent Communication Skills and the JD is as given below
Position : Recruiter
Location : Bangalore

Experience : 6 Months to 2 Year(Recruiter)
Should be willing to work in Night Shifts.
Requirements:
Should be involved in the Full Life Cycle of Recruitment.
Should be cape able of understanding the job description given by the various clients
Sourcing of resumes from different job portals and screening of candidates
Screening all the candidates profiles and call them for the requirement.
Should have worked on different kinds of requirements both IT and NON IT.
Short listing potential candidates resumes and communicate with candidates via email and phone.
Presenting the interested candidates with all pre-screened information and technical information s to the client
Scheduling candidate interviews for certain clients.
Networking and build relationships with clients and candidates.
Taking Interview feedback from Clients through mail or Phone
Managing, coordinating and processing of the selected candidate.
Update candidate database
