Roles & Responsibilities :
• Ensure 100% up-time for hardware systems.
• Management of software resources.
• Ensure 100% availability of power supply and optimal temperature to all production systems.
• Ensure availability of telecommunication systems on a 24/7 basis.
Eligibility Criteria :
• Candidates with Diploma in Computer Engineering/Hardware Maintenance or Graduates with exposure to computer hardware maintenance.
• 60% aggregate. (59.9% is not applicable)
• Good English communication capabilities.
• Troubleshooting capabilities in computer systems.
• Basic exposure to Linux work stations and networks.
• A certification in Hardware or Electronics troubleshooting is preferred.
• A good knowledge of local market (Cochin) in computer systems and services.
• Willingness to work in shifts
Selection Pattern :
• Written test to evaluate communication skills.
• Personal Interviews. (Technical & HR)
