Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for leading the learning effort on all projects.
Incorporate Instructional Design Principles to create instructor-led training materials, online help systems, web-based training, demonstrations, assessments, quick reference cards, and other training support materials.
Develop and deliver instructor-led training live or virtually via LiveMeeting or Centra.
Work with User Experience and Development to embed learning into the application.
Develop online help systems, web-based training, demonstrations, assessments, quick reference cards, and other training support materials.
Work with clients, product owners, and project managers to conduct audience analysis and to identify learning requirements and needs.
Prepare formal learning recommendations for all projects.
Work with Business Analysts, User Experience, Development, Quality Assurance, and other project team members to create comprehensive, relevant, and effective learning products.
Manage all aspects of learning on a project and work with the project manager on work breakdown structure and project timelines. Provide regular project updates. Anticipate issues and risks.
Participate in project meetings to ensure that learning products are incorporated into the product life cycle.Incorporate the latest elearning technology on projects. To include learning products for next generation of learners.
Research and evaluate new learning technology solutions to continuously improve the EAG Learning Strategy for ITS and Deloitte member firms.Provide writing and editing assistance with all training materials and ensure that content adheres to Deloitte web and communication standards, as set by User Experience (following branding guidelines) and Firm Communications guidelines. Additionally, adhere to all internal learning standards and guidelines.
Validate and review learning materials with product owners and clients.Keep current on new technology and trends, new software needs and options.
Desired Profile:
College degree or equivalent experience in training development and instructional design
Mastery Level of Proficiency with written and oral communication
