Job Description

• Handling all activities of front desk/reception.
• Receiving, greeting, managing guests, visitors & offering hospitality.
• Working on EPBAX System.
• Attending and receiving calls.
• Updating of Extension / Contact List and timely circulation within the organization.
• Schedule and facilitating meetings.
• Maintenance attendance registers.
• Circulation of Birthday E-greeting cards and organizing the monthly Birthday party.
• Receiving and dispatching couriers and maintaining the record of all outgoing & incoming communication.
• Coordination with vendors/suppliers (Office Utilities, Stationery, Courier, Travel Agents, Hotel Booking).
• Following up with transporters i.e. local cab bookings for staff.
• Making lunch arrangements for board meetings, client meetings
• Handle complaints and feedback of guests.
• Coordinating with all departments & heads with reference to calls & visitors
• Ability to plan, organize and supervise the work of others.
• Office Administration & taking care of other Admin Work i.e. housekeeping, etc
• Any other duty assigned by the Department Head/Seniors.
