Job Description :
Description
You are a born problem solver. You live to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues. You enjoy the challenge of working with leading-edge telecommunications technology. You expertly investigate and analyze customer problems to ensure that products and solutions are accomplishing the customer’s objectives. You autonomously execute special assignments and creatively prioritize deadlines to get the job done.

Roles & Responsibilities
· You will provide support for Redknee products deployed on customer sites across the globe;
· Work to resolve production issues and meet the laid down SLA’s.
· Escalate Trouble Tickets to appropriate person if necessary.
· Prepare for and perform on-site and/or remote installations/upgrades of Redknee
application(s) software and relevant third party products;
· Support New Release activities.
· Prepare incident reports and Method of procedure for Software upgrades ,emergency patches.
· Test the releases in Lab nodes.
· Act as a central point of contact in resolving issues/facilitate in mitigating issues that take place in the production environment
· Flexible to work in the Shifts

Desired Profile :

Technical Skills-
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of relevant experience in technical/product
support and hands-on experience on majority of the below listed areas:
· Should have very good working knowledge of Oracle (Skills- SQL , PL/SQL)
· UNIX knowledge and expertise;
· Good knowledge/experience of Telecom, IN, VAS and related technologies (like SMS, MMS, VMS, GPRS, IVR, USSD, Mediation, Billing, Service Provisioning).
· Promotion Configuration and implementation.
· Good Knowledge of SS7, SIGTRAN, VOIP, MGCP, ISUP, MAP, TCAP, INAP and CAMEL protocols.
· Experience with shell and perl scripting is advantageous;
· knowledge of any Telecom Billing systems is advantageous.

Education and qualifications : Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Engineering/Science

Experience : 2 – 7 Years
Education : UG – B.Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization,BCA – Computers , PG – Any PG Course – Any Specialization,Post Graduation Not Required
