NOTE:
- Candidate should be willing to work in 24*7 Support (US Shifts) &; should be competent in voice based technical support.
- Candidates have to separately clear each round of the selection process.
- Candidates will be paid a fixed stipend during the training period.

Skills Required:
Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:
• Routing Protocols
• TCP/ IP and IRQs
• Basic operating systems related to Networking
• Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills in written as well as verbal.
